13875 Tue, 03 Oct 2000 17:23:32 -0000 Signal Generator Circuit? alt-beam@egroups.com bark735@yahoo.com Hi,
I was looking thru a site called Rigter's NuPages

http://www.geocities.com/SouthBeach/6897/rigter/wr_index.html

and noted two Neuron circuits, the "Basic N/2 Neuron Circuit" and
the "N/2 Neuron with Input Pulse Shaping" (figures 1 & 2 on the
NuPages).
I wonder if anyone can refer me to a circuit that will function as
a signal generator/input to these circuits? I've tried 555 based
circuits, one-shots, and even the output from a Microcore circuit
with no luck.
My protoboarded versions of these Neurons have the values
described in the schematic, are at +5v power and use Poly caps. To
save you a trip to the site here's the first one as text, if I can
get this one going I'll be happy.

Sorry for such a simple question, but I guess I'm stuck. Any
ideas would be appreciated.
