wouldnt you be able to use a led flasher type circuit and then just have an
amplifer after each output?

I was working on walker that sences and the light and at cetian times
recharges the battery when the light is bright enough, but the plans say to
attach layer 1 and layer 2. They don't use DIPs so I don't know how to stack
or attach them to each other since each one is a sperate circut. If any one
has any help it would be great.
And if any one knows a site that teaches how to design your own circut that
would help me a lot too. Thanks for your help

Mark

I've been torturing my 74xx240's and 74xx14's quite a lot (soldering /
reverse polarity) and I haven't killed one yet.
