Subject: solar panel for the chiuvore

I am about to make a purchase of some parts that I need for the chiuvore I am building, and I was wondering which panel I should get. Can capacitors store voltage? I am a bit confused on the subject of current, voltage, and wattage. As I understand it, the 22X24 mm solar panel produces 3.5 volts, but half the power of the next one up which produces 2.7 volts. I understand that this photovore needs 3.5 volts to run, but would it not be able to run off of the 2.7 volt panel? Also, I need a replacement panel for my solaroller which is not working. What two panels should I get? a small one for the photovore and a large one for the solaroller?
Thankyou in advance!

PS: This is the third time I have tried to email the list. What is the right adress? The first two were sent to beam@sgiblab.sgi.com, while this one was directed to alt-beam@egroups.com. thanks!

its seems that the bicore is just an occilater, but so is the 555 ( i
think:-).
