How does "Americans" work, given all the people of all the countries
that can come under that heading when we're actually trying to single
out the USA? (If I was Canadian, I'd probably find it insulting :-)

U.S. citizens?
Non-Canadian North Americans?

that's somewhat odd, i've only been called a yank by a select few people.
Just remeber, if you want to get both northern U.S. citizens and southern
U.S. citizens, call us hmm...the great western evil. (That's a joke, for all
you people who don't know alot about eastern religions, ignore this message!)
