Aaron,

Sorry this is taking so long.

OK, when you say LED I assume you mean FLED (Flashing LED) If not that
could be your problem. Also assuming you have have checked, double
checked, and triple checked your circuit to diagram do it one more time,
but this time toss the drawing in a drawer and draw the circuit yourself
using your physical circuit. This is a simple to find problems almost
any circuit.

Now that you have done all that, we come to the motor. I just use a test
SE that is on a small section of pref board, that way I know what SE,
solar panel, cap, motor combination works the best for the next project
on the run. If you don't have a working SE I don't really know an easy
way to test the specs--And this is when someone with a little more
experience needs to jump in.
