Excuse me if the response to this message is a little late but I've just
started reading it.
Anyway, I'm just here to nitpick. You've seemed to have converted the
current value of the solar cells from milliamps to amps but you forgot to
change the units up there. A, not mA. No big deal, but just to prevent newbie
confusion.

But 'robot' is well defined, I think the real issue being raised is that this
defintion is being redefined, or revised, and wrongly so. The same argument
applies to beam history and evolution, etc.

I think the disappointment seems to come from the beam community embracing
clearly wrong, or misstated ideas.
