Good advice. Years ago I was trying to service a TV, using one of those
$1.95
fix it yourself books. A friend was watching behind me, so when may touched
something
still holding a charge, and my elbow touched the frame, the jolt threw my
arm back, and I
knocked him down with an unintended elbow to the chest punch. My arm was
numb for some time!
