Though it's technically true that something like a solaroller is
not a robot (since it has no sensors), it doesn't end there. For example,
it is probably easier to think of a walker with no sensors as a robot (as
opposed to a solaroller) despite the fact that there is no "technical"
difference between the two in the sensor department.

Ah, but who would come up with these rules? Who would listen to
them? Questions, questions...

Would making the rules you outlined above help this happen? If
you think so, how? By far the best way to put quality in the community is
to set an example. Talk is cheap, truly.

You can't make a fool of someone unless they let you, Sebastiaan.
But people making blinking LEDs doesn't seem to me to be what's really
upsetting you.

Anyway, it's curious that a comment like this would pretty much
ostracize you in 'real life', but here it just sparks commentary.
