I've got a couple of those. They have 4 fixed but slightly springy legs
with little rubber feet. Their head is a brass disk with a hole drilled
off-center and stuck on the shaft of the wind-up motor that forms their
body. You wind them, let them go, and they thrash around like they're
having a seizure. They don't really get much of anywhere but around in
circles... Maybe with some work on the feet they would do better.
