13084 Thu, 6 Apr 2000 19:41:19 EDT light bridge beam@sgiblab.sgi.com BUDSCOTT@aol.com Okay, so here's the deal, I'm thinking of going back to attempting
phototrophism with my first walker, what i want to do is make a light bridge
to go across the main timing resistor to create a phototrophic bot. What i'm
thinking from there is to make this style bridge...

------>|------/\/\/\------|<-------

The two photodiodes would have the cathodes facing inward with a resistor
inbetween to prevent the bright light of the sun from making the occilation
too short! Will this work? thanks!

13085 Thu, 6 Apr 2000 20:17:43 EDT BEAMSTOP CHAT beam@sgiblab.sgi.com BUDSCOTT@aol.com Hi all, i've got some times set up where i plan on being in my chat room at
www.botic.com/users/beamstop/chat.html. 8:00 central during weekdays will be
when i sign on around, maybe a bit earlier or later, on saturdays, i plan on
being in the room at 4:00 P.M. central time. To enter the chat room, you will
need to get a user id, the only thing they ask for when you get your id is
your e-mail, there is no other service than the ability to use the chat room
with this id, so don't worry about getting junk mail from signing up! Hope to
see at least one person there! C'ya then!

Don't be too sorry, i'm really impressed with your service! My packages from
you generally only take a week or two, and i'm in the U.S. so that ain't to
bad! plus i've decided to go with a longer wait than a screwed up order! It's
like goin to McDonalds and waiting for 5 seconds to get the wrong order when
you could go to Culiver's and wait 10 minutes and get your order right! well
over my 2 cents (u.s. money!).
