hey we newbys gotta start sometime
fluke is a good name brand but $$$
your local radio hack should have one or two
in our eletronics kit (at school) we got one that has the basics
it measures: resistance, voltage, current, capacitance/inductance, diode
scale, and hfe for transistors. it came in a kit that we put together.
you prolly just need something that does resistance, voltage, and current
but remeber in most cases you get what you pay for
later
