I bounced the tutorial idea off Kyle, he said maybe in a few years.
Right now he is kind of busy building robots, and trying to learn his
multiplication tables.
As to the 47 uf cap, it is used to reduce the internal resistance of a
large cap, like the 0.047F that is on the drawing. When using the
smaller caps, like the 2200 uf pair, the 47 uf serves no purpose.
