Please use some restraint when posting attachments to
the list.... If you're going to send a black and white
schematic to the list, make sure the file size is
small. The PSH schematic I sent to the list the other
day was like 2k or so.. Your attachment was 200k.
here's a couple of tips:
-use a reasonable resolution for the picture. Try
400x400 pixels.
-if the image is black and white, save it as a 2 color
GIF file. If it is color, save it as a JPG with mid
to low quality.

If you want big, shiny pictures, post them on a web
page.

Hope I'm not sounding like a list-cop, but I don't
like my mailbox getting cluttered up for no reason.

should work fine as long as the RPMs are fast enough for you.

30:1 is a little bit too low. I wouldn't expect you to be able to build a
walker with this kind of reduction. They would work well in a wheeled bot
however. AS long as the bot was light.

More like 100:1 is a good medium value.

I believe that anything between 30:1 and 300:1 was what i was told was a
good ratio for gear motors. They should work good, you'll just have to try
it and find out!
