They're a horribly ridiculous gimic to get people
(mostly little kids) to buy their suckers. They're
attached (jammed into) to a base. You push a button on
the base and it rotates VERY slowly. I've never given
them a second look, as they're expensive for suckers
(but cheap for motors), but someone mentioned them,
and getting the motors out. I'm trying to look into
them, but they're proving elusive at the moment.
