His Monarch used coils stripped out of old floppy drives. There's a couple
variations. One is where the coils hang vertical beside the magnet which is
also on edge. The coils are mounted to the wings, which are repulsed
against the magnet.

The other arrangement is where the coils are mounted directly to the wing
surface, and are suspended directly above the magnet.
