have you pay a fee or did he just give them to you, that sounds like a nice

We on Oz do have a few problems finding these things too. The Alternatives i
use are BC556 (2N3906) and BC546 (2N3904).
As for the 1381 you can use a TC54. Is them same as a 1381J (2.7 volt
trigger).
You can get all these parts from Farnell, and there is one in NZ
