Oops, forgot this in my preliminary troubleshooting list. In that PNC
circuit I described, you'll notice that while all the Nv neurons use
0.22 uf capacitors, the Nu neuron on the bottom left of the diagram uses
a 2.2 uf cap -- 10 times as large. It doesn't show up all that clearly
on my diagram.

The theory is, you want the PNC circuit to wait long enough for a pulse
to circulate one around the Nv loop. So, conventional wisdom says, make
the capacitor in the PNC circuit 10 times as big as the ones in the Nv
loop. In practice, I've had no trouble using a cap only 5 times as big
(on a 6-Nv loop).

Anyway, thought I'd better confirm this as well.
