I'm not quite following you. Two motors spin CW, two go CCW. Net torque is
zero.

and look
close at the image "Close-up of frame layout". You'll see clearly 3 props
of the 4, two set for CW rotation, and the other for CCW. I imagine the
4ths is also CCW.

I would do so if I had both CW and CCW props, but I don't. By setting these
up like I have, they just move air radially outwards. I'll shoot the video
and you'll see what I mean.

will need at least a few thousand uf total and the caps to be in parallel.
