Eh, I suppose it should be a little higher than the motors voltage, but more
imporantly it should match your solarcell. Either way, any volt cap will do
basically. Try a 5v cap if you can get them. Smaller the better. Take a look
at solarbotics site, they have the 'ideal' components.
