Subject: [alt-beam] Removing the weights, Actually easy.: aggravating little pager motors..

You know, I never was a beliver in revmoving weights youself. As a matter of
fact for awhile I had never done it without ruining the motor. I just bought
those pager motors from MPJA though, and whoosh! Those weights slip off so
easy. I think it depend on the manufacturer as to how hard they clamp them.
All I did, was take a heavy pair of wire clipper, squeesed the weight
between the jaws, and then held the wire cutters over the side of the table
while I used a little drill bit to tap motor out, and it only took one tap.
So, maybe it's also the company which makes a difference in the type of
weight and how hard it's attached.
