oh my god. $70? I think I know the motor your talking about and I have
several of them lying around. Yep, they do run off of ambient solar power.
It's a nice gearmotor for sure.

wow, that was fast, I sold the motor already unless someone wants to pay
more
then $70. A few dimensions on it are
motor body 5/8" dia. by 1-1/2" length
5/32" by 0.6" length shaft with flat side
weight 1 ounce
