Subject: [alt-beam] Re: Walker Question

I'm thinking of begining to build a bicore walker with possibly an h-bridge
motor driver, unless someone can convince me otherwise,

Use a 74hc245 motor driver. Trust me, if it's your first it will make life
easyier.

and would like to
know what would be the proper kind of motor to use,

Well, servo's if you don't have anything else. There are many gear motors
out there, some more expensive than others.

i know it needs to be
geared, what might work? any good brands? and where might i order a couple?,

http://www.lynxmotion.com is one place, but you have to buy six at once.

plus, what should i use for a power supply, any comments or answers welcome,
thx.

Batteries.

Sorry this isn't more in depth. Check out http://www.beam-online.com
