I could be wrong but from the dimensions it sounds like one of those

description says PWM, for PWM, you still need external PWM control. The
charge pump could be useful but it is not clear what kind of current it
can supply (it is also not clear if Vg is internally connected to the
predrive for supply). Too bad the package is a 32 pin surface mount.

Above, Ed refers to "HYDRO." In Ed's location the local electrical
power company is called "Ontario Hydro" because of their emphasis on
hydro-electric generating stations. That is, electricity generating
turbines driven by a waterfall. This common reference to "Hydro" as
electricity can be confusing to those who refer to "hydro" with respect
to water.
Is this any clearer?
