motors I found, and ti works beautifully. Then, I built my first
photovore, free-form. Unfortunately, it doesn't move despite my checking
all my connections several times. After checking several spots with a
voltmeter, it seemed like the circuit wasn't getting enough
power...odd...
But, I'm sure if I fool around with it I can get it to work!
Thanks a lot for a great circuit, Ben!!

p.s. what was that third letter in BEAM? Oops, must have missed it,
because this thing sure isn't pretty...and it doesn't "pop", either....
9121 Wed, 12 Jan 2000 22:34:02 -0600 [alt-beam] Nihon Lens Motors beam@sgiblab.sgi.com Bob I finally rcvd my lens from Herbach and Rademan today. And as I hoped it
includes two Nihon lens motors(BG Micro). Now I just have to get my ckt
working. Not to sure which route to take. I plan to breadboard a few and
see which works out best. Since this is going to be my first walker, I may
just go with a basic two motor design. Would like to include reverse, etc.
We'll see how it goes. Just wish I had a box full of those motors. I had
a three motor design bb'd and working, but only have two motors. Oh well.
I'll start from scratch. Work, school, and robots. Gotta include sleep in
there somewhere. Later.
