I had that exact thought the other day. I beleive it's called "Static
Balance", as in the bot is never off balance. It doesn't fall onto the
front foot like we do, and it doesn't put one foot almost right in front
of the other, as we do. That's why it wobbles from side to side, to
shift weight from foot to foot. I think what they've done is great, but
they haven't really thought up anything new. Just spent a lot of time
and money. I think if any of US had the same amount of time and funding,
we could have done it.
