Well, I've got their printed catalog here, and in Issue 3 of the 1999
catalog,
on page 82 they list part number TM98OPT3202, at $29.95 each.
The description reads:
Zoom ratio 20 to 30 mm, focus range 1.5 to 15 meters
are provided by 2 Gearhead motors. Unit is black in
color with steel motor mount. Lens glass 2-3/4" dia.
(capped); rear lens 3/4" dia. with 5/8" flatted side 1/2"
dp (also capped). Overall size 5-3/4" x 5" x 4". Two mounting
plate holes are approx 3.5" apart. Wire leads. New. Shpg wt 2 lbs.

From the picture, it resembles the ads for the lens assemblies people were
snapping up, but never having seen one physically, nor have I seen the one
H&R is selling, I cannot tell you that these are one in the same.
But based on the quality of the motors I pulled from a rather low quality
cam-corder, I'd say this might be worth looking at.
