Happy birthday and happy bot'ing :)

I have a friend who made a quasimodo like dog with LEGO-mindstorm.
Unfortunately it whacked it's own head off while poorly attempting to
stagger around. What's more unfortunate is that the battery was placed
in the head. Perhaps he has a future at NASA? (ok, bad joke!)

Uh oh, i forgot. I heard rumours about a wireless cams and
motion-tracker like devices for LEGO mindstorm as well. Some guys at the
institute of intelligent multimedia at the local university here in
Aalborg had some prototypes. Though the ones they had were limited by a
wire connected to a USB port it was quite impressive what they had the
little critters doing. One of them responded to certain voice commands
and would find or follow a person on his or her command.

Not very beamish but a h*lluwa lot of fun.

again - Happy 32nd birthday.
