Hi Beamer's

been checking out your info and need a hand

I've been trying to create a 1381se on a breadboard and am getting a weird
result....
the circuit is charging to the 1381's voltage and then discharging back to
the
1381's reset voltage. the 3906 is not holding the circuit open untill the
Cap has discharged to .7 volts. Any idea's as to why,, I'm not using high
efficiency motors, but they react favorably to a fully charged cap.
