a.) I've been wanting a head that turns a little more than 360,
maybe 380 degrees, like an owl; but then snaps back
to continue tracking from the other side.
Like a spining skater.
b.) I like a neck that communicates to its base
and can get its energy from the body
(or that also collects energy FOR the body, maybe).
a.) would allow b.) to carry JUST the eyes, or just a photocell.
(cheaper, faster, better)
