It's December 1, and the site is working again. My guess: Brian's ISP
has a limit on the amount of traffic each subscriber is allowed each
month. I suspect when the monthly traffic limit is exceeded, access is
cut off. That would be consistant with lack of access just before the
start of a new month.
Go look at it quick before everyone else generates excess traffic .
