I for one would like to see an article on building and installing sensors to

I'm attempting to download the PDF file, but it won't download! Acrobart reader just opens up. can anyone help?

Netscape or IE want to open the file up in the browser, but, to do this,
acrobat needs to be opened, that's why it comes up blank. The problem
probably is that Netscape or IE is downloading the pdf but you don't
realize it, and that could take a while. So, to get it to save the file
instead of opening it up on the spot, right click on the file next time
and select "Save file as" or "save target as" from the little menu that
pops up.
