Those were the days... I liked the 8 bit Atari a bit more, it
had an OS! (beyond the 64's load "*",8,1 or whatever it was..)

Good news though! Zork, Planetfall and all the other greats run
fine on modern computers using an emulator. Check out my

At least some of the links should still work... last time
I checked there were numerous dos and windows emulators for
both the 64 and the Atari, and lots of old classics
(including the Zorks) were available for download.
I think I'll go play a round...
