Did that too, with a Dremel! I was at the work bench, and a slip of the hand
drilled a hole through the nail of my left thumb. Man it hurt. Nice neat
little tunnel through my thumb, nail first. It's healed now, but I advise
extreme caution with those little electric suckers. Eye protection are a good
idea too. I caught myself grinding a frame the other day with squinted eyes
like a camel blocking out the sand from a wind storm. Except in my case, it
was chunks of solder. I realized how stupid I was and reached for the safety
glasses which were in arms length. Never consider a job to small to warrant
protection. Let's be careful out there.

See ya,

I did that before, and i also put a nail threw my hand (all the way
threw) and i also super glued a rubber band to my finger(don't ask) and
spiled hot glew on my knuckel and it burned to the bone (the gule was
boiling hot at the time) and every time i make a robot I at least cut
every finger on my hand.

Keep in mind that the emulsion, or toner, side of the artwork should be down,
or in contact, with the PCB light sensitive material. I think that if you
print out Ian's great little pieces of artwork and then flip the image over
to ensure that the toner side is down, it may be nesasary to reverse the
artwork. Not invert it, that is, change the black to white, but I think you
should flip the art, and then flip the printed "film" therefore righting it
again. You can burn artwork emulsion or toner side up, but this causes a
problem with inducing spread. That is, the artwork thickens on the finished
board due to the casting of it's own shadow. This was the only way to get
"trap" or overlap with color separations about a decade back. With the size
of Ian's artwork that could lead to traces merging. Just the thoughts from an
old silkscreener.

See ya,
