Actually you can buy kits that supply you with almost all the things you
need from start to finnish, including tinning the board after etching.
Photo masks are easy to make. Email me if ya want my method for making
them boards and masks. Or if there is the demand I will send it to the
list. Just a warning...it is not high tech.
