Subject: [alt-beam] Turning walkers

Hi
Well I was just messing around with Mantis (my 2 motor walker) and I got
it to turn slightly by adjusting the resister values and leg design.
After the adjustments he could turn 180 degrees in about 20 seconds which
when your watching him seems pretty fast. If your wondering if the leg
design effected his normal walking gait.... Nope, it made it actually
better! I'm going to do some more testing and release a schematic for CW2
(complete walker 2) which will turn instead of backing up. Any ideas??? I
also just downloaded the shok video and it looks like Mark's could turn
180 in about 10 seconds. Double. Not bad for 45 minutes of tweaking.
