Well since they work like a light seeking "head" they go towards the
light by moveing one motor slightly more in each occilation causing it to
turn. The BEAM ant works good if you have a light shineing directly on it
but in a near ambiant situation the differnce in the resistance of the
photodiodes is so low that the BEAM ant will turn VERY SLOWLY! Thus not
working to well. If you want EXCELENT light seeking abilities that will
find THE brightest light source you might want to check out my iVore
design which is also VERY simple. I'll get a tutorial and schematic on
that on the web shortly.
