No that isn't generally true. It only applies in the most heaviest of
shipping seasons - CHRISTMAS. The rest of the year, we get shipments to
most of the USA in about 10 days.

No problem! you can use those 3300s. The only difference is very slightly
different charge times. and a slightly harder kick on the 4700uF. Put two of
those 3300uFs in parallel, 6600uF isn't that much more of a wait, but you'll
get a good step out of a photovore or symet. That's the trick with these
little beastys, charge time versus power. Play with different values and
combinations.

Yes, this is true, I live 1hour north of the Florida line, and I always get
my stuff in a week to 10 days. Don't sweat it.
