I like the Protel 2.8 package. Freeware, limited to the number of
connections, but I can't recall exactly how many.
It's on our website under the "downloadables".

To remove the eccentric weight of the output shaft of the pager motor, you
will need a vise, a small pin (that is small than the shaft - a #67 or
smaller drill, darning needle will suffice), and a hammer. Grip the motor
by the weight in the vise so the motor hangs below. Use the hammer and pin
to punch the motor shaft out from above so it drops away below. DO NOT
simply try to pull it off, you'll simply get a weight and a shaft (which in
itself can be used to punch other motor weights off).
