6370 Mon, 4 Oct 1999 18:23:00 +0100 [alt-beam] 2N7000 Question "jappleby" Hello, I am having problems with the PM1 SE. I am using the Telcom TC54 2.7V
voltage detector in place of the 1381.

I've read that the threshold voltage, Vgs(th), of the 2N7000 is 3V. Does
this mean that Vgs(th) must be >3V for the 2N7000 to operate as intended in
the PM1 SE? I've got a feeling that I need to use a higher trigger voltage.
