Subject: [alt-beam] 2.5M resistor

Hi

On Ian's "Almost Complete Walker with Reverser circuit," the blue resistor
is to be at 2.5MOhms. Well, after searching a few electronics distrbutors, I
wasn't able to find them. "They don't manufacture such values." So i just
bought the 2.4M, and was wondering about whether it can be used on that
circuit.

with inductors aranged around it. Maybe some newer ones are piezo
electric. I don't know for sure, but all the ones I've ever seen were inductive.

you go to Radio Shack??? They have a very limited selection. Mail Order
From Digi-Key is great, and Tech America is good too.

Yep, that should work. Sorry about the value. I just whipped out the
schematic and didn't really take into account whether the values were
easy to find. Another thing that needs updating on my page. Sigh...
