PhotoShop has a bult in capture feature, look in your image editer for a
screen capture, Or get the demo of photoshop You can chose what you want to
caputre, windo, full screen, higlight section and so on. Also I dunno if this
is only wiht my system or not but on mine if your right click on the AVI you
get more options and one of those is cputure frame
