Hi Richard,

check BEAM ONLINE for the 2N7000 pinout. BTW forget what I said about
FETLINGTON: all manufacturers just call it a vertical N-MOSFET.

It works pretty good the way it's hooked up. Give it a try. I tried one w=
ith a Motorola 2N7000 and a Siliconix 2N7000 and the Motorola didn't work! =
