Subject: [alt-beam] 245 reverser

Ah, but this is a stand alone reverser that will do two motors, and can
be used with a microcore... I think.

Will the 245 drive BG Micro motors, or do i need to stack?

Do both motors reverse??? I'll have to have at least 2 motors able to
reverse, but they have to work separately. Will I need 2 circuits, and
if so, can I double the chip by using the pins not used for the other
motor. I assume yes though.

I've actualy NEVER built a 245 motor driver, though I have used 2 or 3
arrangements of H-Bridges and a darlington controled switch.

I have a week to build this. I'm not yet sure if I'm using the branched
Bicore or a Standard Microcore. If I do the microcore, I'll try the
instant start thing. I'll have to dig up the saved messages (hey my
inbox used to hold 1800 messages till I cleaned it up! :)

drivers for microcores. I combined the reverser with the driver : that's the
best I can do. Sorry no room for a Bicore.
