them (getting the weights off, tried the little bent jumbo paperclip
thing, but that just bent the paperclip. I ended up finding a medium
sized screw driver (flat head), I wedged the head in the channel (the thin
side of course) while the weight was held with a vise and hit the
screwdriver with a hammer, the motor came right out.
