Arno,
If you can't order from Digikey or Jameco I'd be willing to order 1381s and=20
ship them to you in trade for solar cells. You could in turn, sell them to=20
those in your area with the same problem. I would want Digikey cost plus=20
shipping in trade for Conrad cost in US funds with shipping. No profit eithe=

way. We just all get what we need. Think it over and let me know.

Anybody tried the TelCom Semiconductor TC54 series voltage detectors? Seems
like similar specs and comes in TO92 package, don't know anything about
pricing and availability though.

5632 Tue, 10 Aug 1999 13:43:20 -0400 (EDT) [alt-beam] Solar Cells alt-beam@egroups.com Stephen Walter Lavedas Well, I have not ordered them yet, but www.photovoltaics.com will sell
solar cell pieces for $1 a watt with a minimum order of $23.50 (that
includes conductive tape etc that you may choose to order) While
soldering them together may end up being a pain, 40sq ft (~3.85sq m) for
23.50 should give you quite a supply to experiment with. Cells are .5volt
and 100ma/sq inch approx which means you'd need to wire them in series,
but again, what a great deal. They are located in Florida and make no
provision for Credit Cards on their site, you have to mail them a check
with your order information and they will ship the cells to you. Just
thought I'd add my $0.02 (which buys .02 watts of power btw:)) New to beam
and learning tons. I'm planning on placing an order and I'll let you
know how it works out if you are interested.

Steve
