It's just a mistake. Ian's Bicore as you have shown it will not do anything,
Wouter's suspended BiCore is correct. If you look closely you will see that a
slave Bicore is a kind of Nu bicore. Any number of Nu neurons connected in
series will oscillate as long as the total number of inversions in the loop is
an odd number. So a two Nu Bicore requires one inverting and one noninverting
Nu neuron and a Nu Tricore can use 3 inverters
