shock is felt caus ethe high voltage breaks the resistance of the skin.
Solar engines opperate at lower voltages. The more curent you get, the
more power the motor has to spin. higher voltage helps, but only to the
point of what the circuits can handle. typicaly, 5 volts or just over is
the average maximun. the type of capacitor you realy want are low
voltage, high farad caps. something like 4600=B5f at 10 volts, or 22000=B5=
f
at 5.5 volts. Sorry, your cap isn't all that useful. I'm sure there are
uses, but not realy for small robots, unless you want a self propelled
tazer! :)

Also, since I can see the MASS of other messages , most likely
complaints, I'll keep mine short. There are kids on this list. 15 years
old is a popular age. I'm sure many of the people use such words, but
there are also kids/teens who use their parent's address. This tends to
come up every once in a while. The general gude line is that this list
is G/PG rated, that is it should be appropriate for children. Technicly,
you have free speech, but it's also each person's responsibility to
consider others before they speak and make an attempt to not offend. I
sure hope to God this doesn't go overboard like last time. Oh well. 14
messages on a Sunday... I had 3 al day before... Oh well...

All I can think off is: Lucky guy! You could have gotten killed! That kin=
d of voltage and capacity can put your heart into fibrilation. Like you pe=
rsonally experienced , a mag bot with a 160u/330v would take a heck of a j=
ump but is not recommended for safety reasons. =
