I have a robot exactly as you describe, it's been sitting on my desk for
about 4 months. I ran out of enthusiasm for it when I couldn't get the
solar engines to reliably detect which side had more light. Maybe some time
when I'm not too busy...

I've just found out that the world soccer robot cup is to be held in melb=
ourne, australia next year!!!! I'm looking into it now, but wouldn't it pro=
mote beam if we submittted a beamish robot!! Anyone intrested?
