Nice.

Can't wait to see it in motion.

I was also going to have a three motor design. The robot was going to be
a three-legged robot in an equilateral triangle, and have forward motion
in either of the three sides. Alas, not even close to finished (or
officially started, for that matter)

But, I love the idea of your design "constantly turning and twirling
around, sweeping the area with its feelers."
