Subject: [alt-beam] chip wars....
hey to all beamers
well i'm almost past the "newbie" stage and i am just starting to get the
whole inverter and placement on the chip. Could anyone help me find a
place that has a diagram of the inverters on a '240 ? ( they are called
inverters on a '240 ... right? )
also, i ordered some servos from tower hobbies but they managed to mess
up my order, but in a moment of what i like to think about as brilliance
i came up with an idea of how to use a pager motor instead of the gear
motor( no the motor is not placed in the normal positions for a head ).
it doesn't look like a normal head does and it doesn't move in the same
way. i would have to think for a long time to be able to write it down
in a description, but it works like a photopopper that has one motor and
pivots around a point where the other motor would go. this description is
very poor, i need my sleep. anyway if anyone wants the full description
i will type it up when my brain functions properly,....
